Ncbham renovated AG's Antwerp workspaces as the latest chapter in the insurer's ongoing "Reinventing Workplace" project.

Following completed buildings in Brussels and Charleroi, ncbham renovated AG's Antwerp offices, roughly 4,400 m² across two full floors. This building is leased rather than owned by AG, so interventions were kept minimal and worked within the building's technical constraints. People and interaction sit at the heart of the shared-use philosophy across all AG projects, and here Antwerp's fashion culture set the tone, bringing fabric, craftsmanship and elegance into the colour palette.

Acoustic comfort and flexible seating

The building pairs two contrasting volumes, one in brick and one fully glazed, which drove the placement of collective and focused areas. To keep these open, light-filled spaces comfortable, Mute Fit PET Felt Acoustic Panels absorb sound where hard surfaces and glass would otherwise carry noise, helping balance the busier collective zones with quieter, more sheltered ones. In the café and shared areas, LJ 3 PET Felt Bar Stools bring a clean, backless stool to high tables and standing spots, their PET Felt seat helping keep sound down in busy corners. Hale PET Felt Stack Chairs add stackable, easy-to-move seating that clears quickly for a change of layout or an event.

Softer seating for informal moments

In the more intimate, sheltered zones, Mino Sofa Three Seats offers a place to sit back for informal meetings and social use. Across the floors, the value is in furniture and materials that adapt to how the space is used through the day. The PET Felt acoustic panels and seating keep sound levels down in open, high-traffic areas, and the stackable chairs and movable stools let the layout shift between focus work, meetings and social moments.
