AK 3+4 PET Felt Workplace Dividers

Introduction

Designed by Ivan Kasner and Uli Budde, AK 3+4 PET Felt Workplace Dividers grant privacy and dampen noise at shared desks. Two sizes, three mounting options: standing, hanging, or desk clamp. The PET felt shell and acoustic filling absorb background sounds, giving people space to concentrate in busy open-plan environments. Available in 11 PET felt colours for offices, co-working spaces, and restaurants.

AK 3 and AK 4 differ in width: 160 cm and 180 cm. Pick the size that matches your desk configuration. The standing version rests on powder-coated steel feet, the hanging version drops from the ceiling on adjustable cords, and the desk clamp attaches directly to the tabletop. Three formats, one acoustic effect. Reconfigure or relocate them as the floor plan evolves.

11 PET Felt Colours

Eleven unique PET felt blends, each with its own texture and depth. Minor colour variations between batches are a natural result of the recycled content in the material.

Made from recycled PET felt

The shells of AK 3+4 are made from PET felt, a durable material produced from recycled plastic bottles. Soft to touch, strong in use, with natural sound-absorbing properties. A honeycomb paper core filling reinforces the panels and enhances acoustic performance. Both recycled and recyclable, the few components make AK 3+4 easy to disassemble after a long lifespan.
